At RB Mercantile, I always strive to provide the best customer service possible and work with every customer respectfully and professionally.
Because many of our products come from vendors and are handmade, custom, or fragile, I do not normally offer refunds. However, I do offer store credit or gift cards in many situations.
Please note:
✨ Freeze-dried candy is EXTREMELY fragile by nature. Cracking, breaking, or small crushed pieces are completely normal during shipping and handling. This happens because of the freeze-drying process itself and is unfortunately unavoidable at times — especially once packages leave my hands and go through postal carriers.
Anyone familiar with freeze-dried candy knows this is very common. Minor cracking or broken pieces do NOT qualify as damage or refunds.
✨ I do not offer refunds on freeze-dried candy.
✨ For larger items such as shirts, accessories, or other merchandise, store credit or replacement consideration may be offered ONLY if the item arrives seriously damaged (such as holes, severe defects, etc.).
To qualify:
• Full photos of the item and packaging are required
• Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• After 14 days, claims become invalid
