**Do you offer refunds?**
At this time, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.
**What do you offer instead of refunds?**
We’re happy to provide **store credit or a gift card** for eligible situations so you can shop something you love.
**What if my item arrives damaged?**
All items are carefully packaged and secured before leaving our store. Once your order is with the shipping carrier, it is out of our control.
If your item arrives damaged, you must **report it within 14 days of delivery** so we can review the issue and assist you with a resolution.
**How do I report a damaged item?**
Please contact us within 14 days and include:
* Your order number
* Clear photos of the damaged item
* Photos of the packaging
**Can I cancel or change my order?**
Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once your order is placed.
**Do you accept returns?**
We do not accept returns at this time.
