Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on carrier delays and customer location.

RB Mercantile is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order ships.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
