Return & Refund Policy


Due to the nature of custom, handmade, food, freeze-dried, and boutique items, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Minor cosmetic imperfections, settling during shipping, melting, cracking, or breakage of freeze-dried candy/products are considered normal and are not eligible for refunds.


Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.


We do not refund orders due to buyer’s remorse, shipping delays outside our control, or failure to read product descriptions.


If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
